We live in a time when navigating conflict feels harder than ever. Yet, in a world filled with division, there's a deep need for healing actions that reflect Christ’s ministry of reconciliation. Too often, our failure to engage well in conflict weakens our Christian witness.

RedArrow Ministries sent a team to this training in May.  We believe this training to be helpful in navigating conflict within marriage, family, at work, in our neighborhoods, etc... anywhere God has placed us.   This training will help all of us live out our Reaching Out by Reaching One commitments as God uses us to point people towards him.  

WayFinder equips Christian to approach conflict as an opportunity for growth and transformation. Through this 1-day training, attendees will learn how to:

• See conflict differently—as a chance to grow in faith and strengthen Christian witness.
• Develop practical, Christ-centered habits for engaging conflict with love.
• Build a culture of reconciliation.

The training includes both learning sessions and hands-on application sessions, where individuals and teams reflect on their current approach to conflict, envision a better way, and create an action plan for their personal life or organization. Because culture change happens in community, we encourage organizations to send teams rather than individuals - but all are welcome!

By the end of WayFinder, leaders walk away with the tools, confidence, and shared vision to turn conflict into a catalyst for transformation in their churches and organizations.

The WayFinder Training will take place at RedArrow Ministires, 31133 Red Arrow Highway, Paw Paw, MI 49079. We will begin at 9:00 AM and conclude at 4:00 PM. Lunch will be provided.

The RedArrow Youth Band practices most weeks from 4:30-6:00  MS & HS youth are partnered with an adult mentor to grow in vocals or an instrument.  The band leads worship at RedArrow Ministries and at other events within our community.

RedArrow Ministries High School Youth Group meets twice a month.  This is a fun evening of food, games, discussion, and more.  Don't miss this opportunity to deepen your relationship with God, while building relationships with some great friends.  

For the 2025-2026 Ministry Calendar, HS Youth Group will meet from 6:00-8:00 on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month.  HS youth ministries includes 8th-12th grades.

Drawing on the imagery of the natural rhythms of the created order, Sacred Rhythms explores the practices that spiritual seekers and growing disciples have used throughout history to grow closer to God. In a similar way, the disciplines of the spiritual life are the basic components of the rhythm of intimacy that feeds the soul, keeping Christians open and available to God’s surprising initiative in their lives. In this six-session, video-based study, Ruth Haley Barton provides guidance for you and your group in a way that links the disciplines of the Christian faith to the most compelling desires of the human soul.

This fall, Bill & Jan Hoffman are leading our RedArrow.edu class.  They are working through season  five of The Chosen.   Join us as we watch an episode of this show, and then discuss how it fits with scripture and faith.

On the third Saturday of each month, the men of RedArrow Ministries gather for breakfast.  Join them as they hang out in the kitchen, cooking a great meal.  Then, sit down to eat and fellowship together.  

Stewardship describes the many ways we are called to use our time, talents and treasures all given to us by God.  We appreciate all of you that are on the Stewardship Journey with us.
