The Access Worship Service: RedArrow's Weekly GatheringRedArrow Ministries weekly gathering are called The Access Worship. These worship services include scripturally based sermons, uplifting and modern worship, and opportunities to love and serve God and each other. *Programming available for Infants-1st grade during the service. Elder NominationsThank you for taking the time to pray about and nominate someone from RedArrow Ministries for the office of Elder. Elders of RedArrow serve a three year term with 1/3 rotating each year.
Elders of RedArrow Ministries will minister to the needs of our church in matters of:
I. Shepherding the Flock (Acts 20:28, 1 Peter 5:2)
II. Purity of Doctrine (1 Timothy 3:2, Titus 1:9)
III. Vision (2 Peter 3:9b, Luke 19:10, 1 Thessalonians, 2:8, Romans 12:10-13, Psalm 100:2, Galations 3:14)
IV. Evangelism (Matthew 28:18-20)
To be considered for the office of Elder, these men or women must have the following qualifications prior to nomination.
I. Biblical criteria for being an Elder (1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9)
II. Regularly attends worship services
III. Desire to embrace and live by the creeds and confessions recognized by the Christian Reformed Church of North America (CRCNA).
IV. Serving in or leading an ongoing role and a relationship ministry
V. Have taken Turn 1 of the Road Course, and working through Turn 2 & 3
VI. Be at least a consistent giver on the Stewardship Journey
The current Elders will vet these nominations for the selection process. Following the vetting process, a pastor will contact the nominations to 1. Explain the specific expectations of RAM elders, and 2. Ask if the nominee would like to remain a candidate. The remaining nominees will have their names in a basket, and the Elders will be chosen by lots.
Please take the time to prayerfully consider your nominee and fill out the form on the backside of this sheet. Nominations need to be returned to RedArrow Ministries by September 14, 2025.
*Elders that have completed their terms have earned a rest of 2 years. Therefore, we ask that you not nominate the following leaders: Jason Bowen, Tim Davis, Sheilah Miller and Renee Moore. Elders continuing their terms: Christi Craft, Bill Hoffman, Aaron Mitchell and James Nowell.

RedArrow.eduThis fall, Bill & Jan Hoffman are leading our RedArrow.edu class. They are working through season five of The Chosen. Join us as we watch an episode of this show, and then discuss how it fits with scripture and faith. "The table is set. Men's BreakfastOn the third Saturday of each month, the men of RedArrow Ministries gather for breakfast. Join them as they hang out in the kitchen, cooking a great meal. Then, sit down to eat and fellowship together. |

High School Youth GroupRedArrow Ministries High School Youth Group meets twice a month. This is a fun evening of food, games, discussion, and more. Don't miss this opportunity to deepen your relationship with God, while building relationships with some great friends. For the 2025-2026 Ministry Calendar, HS Youth Group will meet from 6:00-8:00 on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month. HS youth ministries includes 8th-12th grades. Questions? WayFinder TrainingWe live in a time when navigating conflict feels harder than ever. Yet, in a world filled with division, there's a deep need for healing actions that reflect Christ’s ministry of reconciliation. Too often, our failure to engage well in conflict weakens our Christian witness. RedArrow Ministries sent a team to this training in May. We believe this training to be helpful in navigating conflict within marriage, family, at work, in our neighborhoods, etc... anywhere God has placed us. This training will help all of us live out our Reaching Out by Reaching One commitments as God uses us to point people towards him. WayFinder equips Christian to approach conflict as an opportunity for growth and transformation. Through this 1-day training, attendees will learn how to:
The training includes both learning sessions and hands-on application sessions, where individuals and teams reflect on their current approach to conflict, envision a better way, and create an action plan for their personal life or organization. Because culture change happens in community, we encourage organizations to send teams rather than individuals - but all are welcome! By the end of WayFinder, leaders walk away with the tools, confidence, and shared vision to turn conflict into a catalyst for transformation in their churches and organizations. The WayFinder Training will take place at RedArrow Ministires, 31133 Red Arrow Highway, Paw Paw, MI 49079. We will begin at 9:00 AM and conclude at 4:00 PM. Lunch will be provided.
