This prayer request form is a great way to let us know how to pray for you.  The form also provides ways to ask for a pastor or elder to reach out to you or to receive help from our congregation.

As we provide shelter in the midst of life’s storms, we encourage people to experience God’s grace and love through a lasting relationship with Him.

Please fill out this Faciltiy Reservation form and click submit.  RedArrow Ministries may need up to 6 weeks for the approval process.

There is a $50 base fee for reserving the facility, as well as an additional $50 fee for use of the sanctuary. If you are using the sanctuary, there is a $200 fee for removing or reconfiguring the chairs.

RedArrow Ministries does not have custodial staff to set up or clean up the event. This is the sole responsibility of the party reserving the space. There is an expectation that the facility will be returned to the exact set up as it is was found or better.

Thank you for taking the time to pray about and nominate someone from RedArrow Ministries for the office of Elder.  Elders of RedArrow serve a three year term with 1/3 rotating each year. 

Elders of RedArrow Ministries will minister to the needs of our church in matters of:

• Shepherding the Flock (Acts 20:28, 1 Peter 5:2)
• Purity of Doctrine  (1 Timothy 3:2, Titus 1:9)
• Vision (2 Peter 3:9b, Luke 19:10, 1 Thessalonians 2:8, Romans 12:10-13, Psalm 100:2, Galations 3:14)
• Evangelism (Matthew 28:18-20)

To be considered for the office of Elder, these men or women must have the following qualifications prior to nomination.

1. Biblical criteria for being an Elder (1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9)
2. Regularly attends worship services
3. Willingness to sign the Christian Reformed Church’s Covenant for Office Bearers
4. Serving in or leading an ongoing role and a relationship ministry
5. Have taken Turn 1 of the Road Course, and working through Turn 2 & 3
6. Be at least a consistent giver on the Stewardship Journey

The current Elders will vet these nominations for the selection process.  Following the vetting process, a pastor will contact the nominations to 1. Explain the specific expectations of RAM elders, and 2. Ask if the nominee would like to remain a candidate.  The remaining nominees will have their names in a basket, and the Elders will be chosen by lots.
