RedArrow Ministries makes small home repairs for low-income homeowners in Van Buren County. We are just neighbors helping neighbors, so some projects may be outside the scope of our capabilities. But, if we can help you, we want to.

We need volunteers to support this great program. If you are willing to serve as a project leader, safety coordinator, general laborer, or hospitality/care coordinator, click the link to fill out our volunteer application form.
Project Leader: The project leader will visit the site with Pastor Maria, assess the needs and determine if the project is within the capabilities of our volunteers. Project leaders will help Pastor Maria write a description of the scope of the project, estimate budget, and set schedule.
Safety Coordinator: The safety coordinator will vist the site with Pastor Maria and the project leader. At the site visit, the safety coordinator will determine if the site is a safe and secure environment for our volunteers.
General Laborer: General laborers could be skilled or unskilled workers. These volunteers will follow the instructions of the project leader to complete any repairs assigned.
Hospitality/Care Coordinator: This coordinator could schedule snacks/meals for the volunteers and create a care package for the home owner and household.
