We live in a time when navigating conflict feels harder than ever. Yet, in a world filled with division, there's a deep need for healing actions that reflect Christ’s ministry of reconciliation. Too often, our failure to engage well in conflict weakens our Christian witness.

RedArrow Ministries sent a team to The Colossian Forum: WayFinder Day One Training in May, and we hosted a training on Saturday, September 27 for others to attend.  It is our hope that we are able to integrate what we have learned into the culture of RedArrow Ministries, and that the training will equip us to further our mission in Van Buren County.

We believe this training to be helpful in navigating conflict within marriage, family, at work, in our neighborhoods, our church, etc... anywhere God has placed us.   This training is essential as we navigate our witness in the world around us.    

WayFinder equips Christian to approach conflict as an opportunity for growth and transformation. Through this 1-day training, attendees will learn how to:

  • See conflict differently—as a chance to grow in faith and strengthen Christian witness.
  • Develop practical, Christ-centered habits for engaging conflict with love.
  • Build a culture of reconciliation.

The training includes both learning sessions and hands-on application sessions, where individuals and teams reflect on their current approach to conflict, envision a better way, and create an action plan for their personal life or organization. Because culture change happens in community, we encourage organizations to send teams rather than individuals - but all are welcome!

By the end of WayFinder, attendees walk away with the tools, confidence, and shared vision to turn conflict into a catalyst for transformation in their churches and organizations.
